This small-group course is designed to introduce athletes of all skill levels to a properly formulated strength training program. The class is based on scientific research, the experience of personal training professionals, and input from successful coaches and athletes around the country. The class includes a different workout each week that is targeted at total body development.
One unique aspect of ET Strength is the alternating weeks of lower rep classic power bodybuilding with Coach Joe and higher rep functional/core exercises with Coach Christa.

Half Marathon Class Spring 2016

Whether you’re a first-timer or you’re looking to improve your performance at the half marathon distance, our 10th annual spring Half Marathon Training Class is for you! Expert run coaches Bob Hammond and Jim Riga lead this 9-session training class designed to prepare you for a spring half marathon race such as the Great Western, Illinois, Indy Mini, and Chicago Spring half.

ET Swim 101 is a new concept class that bridges the gap between ET private swim lessons and ET Masters.
ET Swim 101 provides adult learn-to-swim instruction and practice in a small class format. Participants will be introduced to lap swimming with the goal of eventually joining the ET Masters Swim program.
ET Swim 101 program goals include the following:
- Develop proper kicking and breathing technique
- Improve stroke efficiency
- Build endurance

Get ready to Tri with Experience Triathlon’s 11th annual triathlon training class.
Our USAT Certified Coaching staff will help you prepare for your first tri or improve on past performances. Both workouts and educational clinics on swim, bike, run and transitions are included in this 6-week program. Masters Swimming – Elk Grove Village
Registration is now open! Start any week!!
ET Masters at the Pavilion Aquatics Centers brand new 25 yard, IHSA regulation size pool in Elk Grove Village is a weekly adult swimming program designed for triathlon and fitness swimmers. USA Certified coaching staff of Experience Triathlon will provide structured workouts and explain how to do the workouts and drills at each one-hour group session.
Pre-requisite swim level: Swimmers should be able to complete at least 1000 yards total of non-continuous freestyle swimming at any speed level over the 60 minute class session.
Please note that Masters swimming is a group workout session, not swim lessons. If you’re interested in private swim lessons, please Contact Us with your request.
