Buffet dinner includes:

• Spaghetti bolognese (ground beef, tomato, onion, and herbs) and parmesan
• Cavatappi pasta with roasted chicken, artichoke, spinach and red pepper flakes
• Vegetable lasagna with portabello bechamel (white sauce made with milk infused with herbs and other flavorings) and garlic bread crumbs
• Pasta with non-spicy marinara sauce
• Garlic bread sticks
• Ceasar salad
• Chopped salad (romaine lettuce, aged cheddar, green onion, button mushrooms, artichoke hearts, cucumber ranch dressing)
• Lemonade, iced tea, and coffee
• Coach Suzy’s homemade M&M chocolate chip cookies!
