Tire Changing Clinic
The outdoor riding season is almost here. Are you ready to change a flat? Do you have all the right supplies & tools?
Join us at Spokes Wheaton for a tire changing clinic with ET head coach, Joe LoPresto. You can even bring your own bike and practice!
“The information from the tire change clinic paid off for me very soon after the session. I had the dreaded double flat on a ride. Prior to the clinic, my ride would have been done. I was carrying only 1 tube and had the repair tools, but didn’t know how to use them. After seeing the demonstration I had the confidence to tackle fixing the flats and I had begun carrying 2 tubes! The flats got changed and I was able to finish my ride! The information Coach Joe presents is immediately useful. I highly recommend everyone attend this clinic!” – Eric R.
This clinic is FREE to all.
Date: Saturday April 12, 2025

Masters Swimming Naperville – April
ET Masters is a weekly adult swimming program designed for triathlon and fitness swimmers. ET Swim coaches will provide structured workouts and stroke improvement tips at each group session.
Program pricing is reduced each week so that swimmers only pay for the remaining weeks of the session when they do sign up.
Swimmers have the option of one day a week, two days a week, or just a single-day drop-in registration!
Dates: March 31 – April 25, 2025 (4 weeks).
See tabs below for days/times/location and program info
Is Masters only for Advanced swimmers?
Actually, the word Masters does not have anything to do with your level of swimming. It’s a term that USA Swimming uses to describe “adult” swimmers vs “youth” swimmers. Our program is filled with intermediate and advanced swimmers of all speeds, abilities, experience levels. If you can swim laps freestyle in the pool and do at least a total of 1000 yards with many rest stops over the hour-long session, you’ll be fine. If you’re still learning to swim and struggle to get across the pool for a lap or two, our Swim 101 Learn to Swim or private lessons are the way to go.

CompuTrainer – April
Sweat. Music. More Sweat. Laughter. Competitive Drive. Encouragement. Coaching. Coffee. Stretching. Chilling. Improvement.
New for 2024-2025… “Do the Double”. This option gives Wednesday short class riders the ability to ride two, one-hour classes, back-to-back. Do the 4:30pm and 6:00pm classes or the 6pm and 7:30pm classes. As a bonus, the second class is half the normal price for the one-hour classes!
Experience Triathlon is excited to announce our next cycling studio session. Rides will once again range in length from 60-120 minutes, packed full of content to train every physiological system a rider needs to take their ride to the next level. Each class is personally coached, and with small class size, there is plenty of interaction time with other riders and the coach. For those looking to ride “solo,” just bring along a pair of earbuds, and allow yourself to have the ride unfold before you while you go into your own mind.
Our classes are open to all athletes across the Chicagoland triathlon and cycling communities, not just those that are members of ET. All ability levels are welcome!
Instant feedback on a rider’s effort allows one to adjust their pedal stroke mechanics and muscular engagement to make the most of their training. Seeing the data of other riders gives the extra added incentive to never give up, and keep pushing harder. No matter a cyclist’s riding ability, this program WILL help them improve their cycling fitness while becoming more mindful of their pedaling efficiency.
Can’t do the whole month? Now offering single day drop-in’s! See the selection drop-down for drop-in pricing and registration.
Short Ride Classes: These intensity interval workouts will last 60 minutes in length, and will focus on training an athlete’s engine, from anaerobic intervals to VO2max work, to Functional Threshold stabilization. Plenty of recovery time will be incorporated into these workouts to allow for the best workout possible.
Long Ride Classes: These classes are 2 hours of riding various courses from around the world. There will be a mix of flatter courses with specific energy system focuses, along with plenty of hilly course rides, including the local favorite of Ironman Wisconsin, for riders to practice riding with instant performance feedback and the company of others to motivate and push themselves.
Once a ride is done, enjoy some stretch and relaxation time in ET’s Stretch and Rest lounge, complete with foam rollers, yoga mats, and coffee!

Open Water Swim Clinics at Centennial – 2025
Triathlon specific group swimming and instruction for all abilities!
Now in it’s 19th year, ET Open Water Swim Clinics at Centennial Beach is a weekly swimming program designed for triathletes. We’ll provide structured workout sets to build endurance and triathlon specific skill instruction such as open water sighting, wave starts, drafting, buoy turns, and bumping.
We’ll also have a coach in the water to help “new to the deep end” swimmers build confidence in open water swimming.
In addition to the program fee paid on this page, athletes will need to pay for their own entry fee into Centennial. Daily and season passes are available at the entrance. Information on entry fees to the beach can be found on the Centennial Beach website.
How do I know if ET Open Water Swim Clinics at Centennial Beach are cancelled?
If the beach is open, we swim. Yes, even in the rain!! We don’t get to pick our race day weather, right? Our program could be cancelled at the last minute due to weather. The Naperville Park District post real-time closing information on their site at http://www.napervilleparks.org/cancellations.
They even have a great phone app, RainOut with real-time weather related status. Please be checking the Park District site for last minute cancellations.
