
ET Virtual Cycling Class – February

ET Virtual Cycling Classes are a great way to build your bike fitness while having live social interaction with a certified coach and other cyclist. Coaches will “call out” the various interval workout sets as the ride progresses. Each class is approximately 60 minutes.
Every Wednesday morning at 6:00 AM.
Now with two purchase options…
- Purchase the entire month of Wednesdays. We do reduce the price each week so you only pay for the remaining Wednesday in each month.
- Purchase just one class. If you select this option, please type the date of the Wednesday that you plan to attend. There is a text field in the checkout page for any additional comments. Type the date there.
Registered athletes will get an email from Coach Joe with the video call link, meeting ID and password.
- Equipment and Connection Needed
- Any type of bike trainer. Basic (fluid or magnetic), Smart trainers (Wahoo, etc)
- Ability to connect to video conference call via wifi or cellular.
- Computer, tablet or phone will work for video and audio.

Transitions 101: Real World Practice for Free Speed on Race Day
Transition practice is possibly the most under-trained aspect of Triathlon racing, yet it is important enough to be considered the “Fourth Leg” of Triathlon! This clinic, offered exclusively by Experience Triathlon and USAT certified coaches, allows athletes an opportunity to practice multiple “takes” of race day, from setting up an actual transition space on a transition rack, to putting on a wetsuit, simulating a race start, swimming, flowing through T1, biking, flowing through T2, and then running.
Athletes will be coached through the entire process, shown tips on how to improve their process, and then allowed to practice multiple times! Athletes will also be timed, so that they have tangible goals to work towards throughout the entire clinic.
This 90-min clinic that can have the possibility of producing as much gain in overall race-day times as an entire season of training in any of the other disciplines of triathlon racing!
Both newer and veteran triathletes will benefit from this clinic. It is the closest simulation one can have to practicing the 4th Leg of Triathlon, multiple times over!
