Transitions 101: Real World Practice for Free Speed on Race Day

$30.00

Transition practice is possibly the most under-trained aspect of Triathlon racing, yet it is important enough to be considered the “Fourth Leg” of Triathlon!  This clinic, offered exclusively by ET coaches Kurt and Sarah, allows athletes an opportunity to practice multiple “takes” of race day, from setting up an actual transition space on a transition rack, to putting on a wetsuit, simulating a race start, swimming, flowing through T1, biking, flowing through T2, and then running.

Athletes will be coached through the entire process, shown tips on how to improve their process, and then allowed to practice multiple times!  Athletes will also be timed, so that they have tangible goals to work towards throughout the entire clinic.

This 90-min clinic that can have the possibility of producing as much gain in overall race-day times as an entire season of training in any of the other disciplines of triathlon racing!

Both newer and veteran triathletes will benefit from this clinic.  It is the closest simulation one can have to practicing the 4th Leg of Triathlon, multiple times over!
