Tri 101 – An Introduction to Triathlon Seminar
Join us as we kick off the 2023 race season with Tri 101 – Introduction to Triathlon. The seminar will be hosted by Coach Joe and Coach Christa. We’ll provide an overview of the sport of triathlon, how to properly train for the event, what gear to purchase, and what resources are available to prepare you for a great race day. This seminar is primarily for first-timers and athletes newer to triathlon. Bring your questions!

Tri 401- Advanced Tri Training Class – Fall 2016
ET’s advanced tri training class will help you breakthrough to the next level. This class is open to self-coached, intermediate and advanced level triathletes that are looking to PR current distance races or move up in distance to a half or full Ironman.
Each athlete will receive personal feedback and video analysis on swim, bike and run technique improvements. Advanced discussion and planning topics will include:
- fast transitions
- race pace planning and execution
- mental skills training
- strength training for endurance athletes
- metabolic testing
- massage therapy
- nutrition planning/execution
- training with power on the bike
- designing annual plans and workouts
Athletes will also get a customized weekly training plan that fits their goals, races and lifestyle along with Personal Coaching support with Coach Joe.
Class size limited to 6 athletes!
Saturdays 12:45-2:00pm
Dates: 10/15, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 11/26, 12/10
This program is coached by Joe LoPresto. For over a decade, Coach Joe has helped hundreds of athletes breakthrough to higher level performance and achieve their dreams of getting faster and/or going longer. Joe is an Expert Level USAT coach and 5 time Ironman finisher.
