Run Training Tip – Land Midfoot

run training tip midfoot landingFootstrike is an important aspect of proper running form. Where your foot contacts the ground is much more important than how it contacts the ground. It is recommended to land more on the midfoot. Try to have your feet hit the ground as close to your body as possible by shortening your strides and increasing your stride cadence.
