Bike Training Tip – Stretch Your Calves

calf stretch bike tipDo your calves ever get tired or cramped while riding? Try dropping your heel 1-2″ on the down stroke for 10-15 pedal strokes to create a stretch in the calf. This will be easier done if you are sitting upright, versus riding in aero.
