"When I first met Coach Joe for my swim assessment, I was nervous. I had swum before, but created shortcuts to compensate for my swimming struggles. I was worried about how it was going to go. After I swam, he said that he saw what I needed to address and had me start in Swim 101 to work making the improvements. In each class, we addressed one technique at a time, building as I was able to repeat each consistently, and that focused approach allowed me to fix my issues-and way faster than I expected! After a few months, I was able to move up to the Masters Swim classes. Not only am I now swimming in a Masters class each week, but I am swimming with confidence and strength! I can't believe how far I've come! Thanks, Coach Joe!" - Eric R.
