Run Training Tip – Think about the wind direction
With the weather turning colder one tip to help keep you more comfortable and running outside is, when possible, run into the wind going out and have the wind at your back coming home. Starting out you’ll be dryer so more able to handle the wind and then upon your return with the wind at you back you’ll stay warmer.
