One Hour, Any Skill Level, Have Fun!!
“Coach Joe and the rest of the ET crew – thanks for putting on a fabulous event today! It was my first ever tri and everyone was incredibly encouraging. Already looking to see if I can juggle my schedule so I can race again in Feb!” – Beth Y.
“I just wanted to extend a huge thanks to you and all of the volunteers who made today’s experience such a positive one. The team was extremely light-hearted, helpful, and encouraging all around. From adjusting the bikes, to providing water and towels, to ensuring everyone was performing safely within their limits, I was blown away by their tremendous efforts to help the participants in any way they could. I’m very much looking forward to the next indoor tri.” – Mike S.
“I had such a great time today! Thanks so much to my super awesome wave coach, Coach Suzy, for getting me through the event. And thanks Coach Sarah for your encouraging words at the end of my run! Also can I just say this event was a great example of how important volunteers are at a race. The encouragement from everyone was awesome! Thanks to all of you for helping to make this a great event. I look forward to the next one in February!” – Allison O.
The ET Indoor Triathlon Series presented by Experience Triathlon and The Labs USA is a great way to become a triathlete or test your training for the outdoor race season. It’s fun and enjoyed by athletes of all levels – from first timers to veterans. You set your own pace!
The one hour event looks like this:
- 10 minutes of swimming in the lap pool
- 10 minute easy transition from the pool to the spin bikes
- 30 minutes of bike riding on the studio spin bikes
- 5 minute easy transition from the spin area to the treadmills
- 20 minutes of treadmill running
Results are measured by how far you go in each of the three events. Volunteers will record your distances.
Each athlete will have their own swim lane. Waves of four athletes will start every 20 minutes starting at 7:00 A.M and continue until the last athletes are finished. The event can last into the early afternoon depending on the final number of registered athletes.

Helping with our events is almost as much fun as doing them, and it’s a great way to “give back” to the sport, help other athletes, and support Team ET. We could not do these events without your help.
