Swim Training Tip – Use Fins
Use of short fins or zoomers is a great way to improve your kick if you tend to have weak ankles or kick from the knee. The larger surface area of the foot with fins on forces you to use more of your leg to move the fins and encourages the ankles to flex. Don’t become dependent on them though, always do part of your kick sets without your fins to measure progress.
