5/26(4 events) ET Virtual Cycling Classes - May – ET Virtual Cycling Classes - May ET Virtual Cycling Classes are a great way to build your bike fitness while having live social interaction with a certified coach and other cyclist. Coaches will “call out” the various interval workout sets as the ride progresses. Each class is approximately 60 minutes. CompuTrainer Cycling Classes – MAY – CompuTrainer Cycling Classes – MAY Experience Triathlon is excited to announce a 4 week “May session” of our weekday short course rides. A weekly indoor, computer-controlled, high intensity interval ride is the best way to keep your FTP and speed levels up as we get into the outdoor ride and race season. Often athletes will ride outside at lower power levels, slowly loosing their speed and FTP power levels that were developed over the winter off-season indoor cycling season.
