Run Training Tip – Know The Wind Direction

run training tip wind directionIn winter, start your runs into the wind and finish them with the wind. This will help keep you from overheating at the start of your run and help keep you warmer as you finish. In hot weather, do the opposite to help cool you during the late stages of your run.
