Improve Performance By Recording Your Workouts

Training tip log your workoutsAlways write down your workouts in a log—You can use a notebook, a spreadsheet, or Training Peaks. Whatever method you use, keeping track of the details of what you did and whether or not it went well will provide a very useful record for you and your coach to determine how to best make progress in your training.

Some athletes are using Strava. http://www.strava.com/mobile Most of our coached athletes use a Garmin and upload that to our online training and tracking system. If you need any help, just let me know.
