Great workout tonight. Those hills were brutal, but they made the running afterwards feel much easier. I vote that we do them again. Great idea Joe.

The hills can be your friend! How exciting it was to have Dave Walters come out to teach us all he knows about hill running! We all know hills are tough, but Coach Dave showed us how to get through them more efficiently. It was a great, fun, HARD workout! Thanks Coach Dave!

This Hill Running Clinic was outstanding!!!  I loved how Dave Walters made the workout fun, educational, and challenging at the same time.  He had a great sense of humor and personality as well which I enjoyed.  Thanks ET for putting this clinic together.  I would love to have another one!

I really enjoyed the hill running clinic. Like Dave said, I was “out of my comfort zone” to be sure. It was great to get specific coaching about running form and tecnique as it applies to uphill, downhill and flat running. Dave had so much energy and passion that I couldn’t help but push myself. It was great to be a part of such a fun group (yay ET!) in a supportive learning environment. Thanks ET and Dave Walters!

WOW!!! Another great clinic put on by Coach Joe and Experience Triathlon. I so looked forward to the hill clinic and it didn’t disappoint one bit. Being able to put into practice immediately what we learned from Coach Dave Walters on hill running and why it so important to running in general was the best way to cement the technique…”short steps, pump your arms” I’ll never forget that when running hills again. Thanks Coach Dave

I never thought I would say that I “enjoyed” running hills, but the group environment and Dave’s knowledge, energy, tips and passion made a super hard workout seem like fun!!  I too will always remember Dave’s mantra of, “short steps, pump the arms” when running hills, and I sincerely appreciate the personal feedback that Dave gave me on my form.  I noticed an instant difference during the “cool down” tempo run!  Thanks, Coach Joe, for setting up an amazing clinic, and thanks, Dave, for sharing your expertise with us!!!
