Tanya Lyonsford, LMT, is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences, clinical massage therapy program. As a triathlete and ACE certified Personal Trainer, Tanya became a massage therapist to bring the benefits of massage to those who want to relax and maintain an active lifestyle.
Her focus in massage is relaxation and rejuvenating the spirit to bring balance and healing. Massage has been found to increase range-of-motion, flexibility, optimize muscle performance and prevent injuries. Reiki, Trigger Point therapy, Sports Massage and Swedish Massage are techniques that Tanya uses in her sessions.
Tanya finds each massage to be a unique experience, with the client and therapist working together to make the treatment beneficial. Her goal is to ensure that the treatment brings her client’s mind, body and spirit in balance and is rejuvenating!
