Experience Triathlon is excited to announce a 5 week “SEPTEMBER session” of our weekday short course rides. A weekly indoor, computer-controlled, high-intensity interval ride is the best way to keep your FTP and speed levels up as we get into the outdoor ride and race season. Often athletes will ride outside at lower power levels, slowly losing their speed and FTP power levels that were developed over the winter off-season indoor cycling season.

The certified coaches and run leaders of Experience Triathlon invite you to come join one of our regular group runs that are held on Saturday mornings. We run outside year round!

Start location and route announced each week no later than the Wednesday prior to Saturday run.  Google map link to the start/parking lot location will be posted to the right on Wednesday.

Gravel Group Ride - Herrick Lake

Fall is a great time to explore the amazing DuPage County trail system!

Join us as we enjoy the fall colors of Herrick Lake, Blackwell, St James Farm and McDowell Forest Preserves.

Rides will last between 60-90 minutes. Gravel bike or mountain bike is suggested. Some easy single-track riding will be an optional add-on to the gravel ride.

Rides will once again range in length from 60-120 minutes, packed full with content to train every physiological system a rider needs to take their ride to the next level. Each class is personally coached, and with small class sizes, there is plenty of interaction time with other riders and the coach.

Short Ride Classes:   These higher intensity interval workouts will last in duration from 60-70 minutes in length, and will focus on training an athlete’s engine, from anaerobic intervals to VO2max work, to Functional Threshold stabilization.  Plenty of recovery time will be incorporated into these workouts to allow for the best workout possible.

Long Ride Classes:   These classes are 2 hours of riding various courses from around the world.  There will be a mix of flatter courses with specific energy system focuses, along with plenty of hilly course rides, including the local favorite of Ironman Wisconsin, for riders to practice riding with instant performance feedback and the company of others to motivate and push themselves.

Long Ride Classes:   These classes are 2 hours of riding various courses from around the world.  There will be a mix of flatter courses with specific energy system focuses, along with plenty of hilly course rides, including the local favorite of Ironman Wisconsin, for riders to practice riding with instant performance feedback and the company of others to motivate and push themselves.

ET is excited to announce our October indoor CT classes. Rides will once again range in length from 60-120 minutes, packed full with content to train every physiological system a rider needs to take their ride to the next level.
