Tri 101 – Introduction to Triathlon seminar
Join us as we kick off our free clinic series with Tri 101 – Introduction to Triathlon. The clinic will be hosted by our Joe LoPresto. Joe is also the Founder and Head Coach of Experience Triathlon, our title sponsor and official coaching partner. Coach Joe will provide an overview of the sport of triathlon, how to properly train for the event, what gear to purchase, and what resources are available to prepare you for a great race day. This clinic is primarily for first timers and athletes newer to triathlon. Bring your questions!
