5/25(1 event) Group Outdoor Track Program – Group Outdoor Track Program Experience Triathlon group track program is a weekly coached track interval workout under the guidance of ET head coach, Joe LoPresto. It’s designed to improve your run speed and performance levels. Runners should have a few months of consistent running several times per week prior to the class start. 5/26(3 events) CompuTrainer Cycling Classes – MAY – CompuTrainer Cycling Classes – MAY Experience Triathlon is excited to announce a 4 week “May session” of our weekday short course rides. A weekly indoor, computer-controlled, high intensity interval ride is the best way to keep your FTP and speed levels up as we get into the outdoor ride and race season. Often athletes will ride outside at lower power levels, slowly loosing their speed and FTP power levels that were developed over the winter off-season indoor cycling season.

5/29(1 event) ET Run Club ->NEW Location - St James Farm – ET Run Club The certified coaches and run leaders of Experience Triathlon invite you to come join one of our regular group runs that are held on Saturday mornings. We run outside year round! Start location and route announced each week no later than the Wednesday prior to Saturday run. Google map link to the start/parking lot location will be posted to the right on Wednesday. This weeks route is... St. James Farm. Meet in parking lot near the main buildings/bathroom.
