We’re excited to announce two new virtual running classes!

ET Virtual Running 101 – Learn to Run for Beginners – Walk/Run Your Way to a 5K!

Starts May 3

This eight week virtual course is designed for walkers or new runners who would like to build to the goal of running a 5K in a structured walk/run plan! Participants will receive a three day/week training plan and weekly group Zoom meetup with Coach Rose.

ET Virtual Running 201 – Reintroducing Running – Getting Back in the 5K Running Game!

Starts May 3

This eight week virtual course with a weekly group Zoom meetup with Coach Rose is designed for people who have had some running experience in the past and are interested in incorporating running into their life again!
