Rotary Woodridge Mini Triathlon Announces New Race Director
Woodridge, IL February 21, 2020 – The Rotary Woodridge Mini Triathlon is pleased to announce the addition of Joe LoPresto as Co-Race Director for the 2020 event, taking place on August 9, 2020 in Woodridge, IL.
”The Rotary and Woodridge community are thrilled to welcome Joe as the event’s new Co-Race Director. His experience as a certified USA Triathlon Race Director, his knowledge of the Rotary Woodridge Mini from a coach’s and participant’s perspective, and his commitment to the sport of triathlon make him extremely qualified for the position,” said Mike Adams, Race Director of the Rotary Mini Triathlon.
LoPresto is Founder, CEO and Head Coach of Naperville based Experience Triathlon, the Midwest’s largest coaching, training and event management company. He is a community leader with recent leadership positions with the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Boy Scout of America. Joe also coached youth sports for many years with the Wheatland Athletic Association.

As a premier triathlon of the Western Suburbs, the Rotary Woodridge Mini Triathlon is a fundraising event which has helped many deserving non-profit charities over the years including West Suburban Community Pantry, Family Shelter Services, Metropolitan Family Services, South East Association for Special Parks & Recreation (SEASPAR), Hopes Front Door and other local organizations.
Registration for the 2020 event will open on March 1st.
