Swim Training Tip – Use the Pacing Clock

Learn how to swim with the pace clock—If you can teach yourself pacing in the pool by swimming on timed intervals that include your swim and your rest time, you can determine what techniques actually make you faster in the pool versus just costing you more effort.  Once you learn your pace in the pool, you can take it to the open water and  practice racing the swim instead of just completing it and hoping for the best!
