Half Marathon Class Spring 2016

So, you want to run a half marathon? Whether you’re a first-timer or you’re looking to improve your performance at the half marathon distance, our 10th annual spring Half Marathon Training Class is for you! Expert run coaches Bob Hammond and Jim Riga lead this 9-session training class designed to prepare you for a spring half marathon race such as the Great Western, Illinois, Indy Mini, and Chicago Spring half.

This breakthrough 4-week program presented by Experience Triathlon Coaching Services is entirely hands-on, with an “on-the-bike/off-the-bike” focus to help cyclists make the most of their pedal stroke and core strength to create more power on the bike. There will be a significant focus on DRILLS, and FORM, helping athletes make the most of their winter base building season!
We are excited to deliver this program at the amazing Labs USA cycling studio.
ET and The Labs will be donating profits from this program to the Turning Pointe Autism Foundation of Naperville.
