ET Swim 101 - Learn to Swim
ET Swim 101 provides adult learn-to-swim instruction and practice in a small class format. Participants will be introduced to lap swimming.

ET open water swim clinics at centennial beach
ET Open Water Swim Clinics at Centennial Beach is a weekly swimming program designed for triathletes. Work with USAT certified coaches in the deep end on triathlon specific skills like wave starts, sighting, turning and bumping. Registration opens May 1 HERE
TRI 101 SEMINAR
Join us as we kick off our FREE clinic series with Tri 101 – Introduction to Triathlon. The clinic will be hosted by Joe LoPresto. Joe is also the Founder and Head Coach of Experience Triathlon, our title sponsor and official coaching partner. Coach Joe will provide an overview of the sport of triathlon, how to properly train for the event, what gear to purchase, and what resources are available to prepare you for a great race day. This clinic is primarily for first timers and athletes newer to triathlon. Bring your questions!

BIKE COURSE PREVIEW RIDE
Would you like to ride the race course? Join the coaching staff of Experience Triathlon for this supported group ride on the actual race course. Riders must have a helmet. The streets will not be closed to traffic for this ride.

SWIM COURSE PREVIEW SWIM
Are you nervous about the swim? This clinic is a great way to get experience and swim in the deep end of Centennial Beach under the guidance of the ET coaching staff. You’ll get to practice swimming and learn tips and techniques for having a successful race day swim. The clinic is FREE to registered athletes, but athletes must cover their own cost of entry to Centennial. Day passes are available at the beach entrance for $3.00 after 5 P.M.

PREPARE FOR RACE DAY CLINICs
Are you ready to race? Join our Race Director/Sponsor and expert level triathlon coach, Joe LoPresto for this very helpful clinic on preparing for a successful race day. Topics such as how the race day will flow, what time to arrive, how to set up your transition space, packing for the race, pre-race nutrition, what to wear, how to do a transition from swim-to-bike and bike-to-run, staying hydrated, mental strategies and an overview of the race course will be discussed.
