One of the benefits of being part of ET Club is our monthly team group run and social outing. These fun runs are open to all ability levels. Athlete will break into small groups based on run pace and distance. Pace ranges from 8 minute/mile to 13 minute/mile. Distance usually range from 3-8 miles. Sparrow Coffee |
