Tri 101 – An Introduction to Triathlon Seminar

Join us as we kick off the 2023 race season with Tri 101 – Introduction to Triathlon.  The seminar will be hosted by Coach Joe and Coach Christa.

We’ll provide an overview of the sport of triathlon, how to properly train for the event, what gear to purchase, and what resources are available to prepare you for a great race day.

This seminar is primarily for first-timers and athletes newer to triathlon.
