HI ,I met Sarah, at Star bucks ,she saw I was wearing Bike cloths and talked to me about my love of Cycling .Im 53 years old and about 10 years ago i started riding and then
really it became somthing i wanted to be part of my life ,I had know Idea how to train or accomplish my goals . Well I’m excited every day now I have the sweatest lady guiding me to be the best I can be and not Judging me ,but encoraging me with a work out plan that is working for me . I believe people come into your life for a reason and that would be meeting Sarah ,because i also have so many new freinds that love the same thing I do!!

Okay………we shared a lane at swim class a couple of weeks ago and I had NO IDEA that you were headed to Naples (or St. Croix in May!!!!) How awesome!! Your story was terrific……and I absolutely LOVED the way you “took on” this race……….you had fun, cheered on others and walked away with a personal best…….can’t beat that!
